In 2007 the Antique Automobile Club of America awarded this car a HPOF badge. The HPOF (Historic Properties Original Features) is the award given by the AACA to cars that are at least 35 years old and that have survived in basically unrestored original condition.

This Galaxie is a nice driver quality car that drives down the road very well. Everything works except the clock and the left side rear quarter window. The radio antenna is broken but a new replacement comes with the car. The front seat has a seam split. There is NO RUST, not even a bubble but some previous rust repairs have been done.
